Accessibility
What this product conforms to, how we check, and what to do if something blocks you.

What we aim for
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim blanket compliance, because no automated process can establish that. What we can tell you is exactly what is checked and how.
How it is checked
Every route in the product is swept automatically against WCAG 2.2 A and AA on each build, at desktop and at a 375-pixel phone width. A failure blocks the build rather than filing a ticket.
- Colour contrast is verified as a set of assertions, and a brand change that would fail them is refused at the point of saving rather than shipped.
- Every page is checked for a single main heading, a skip link and a main landmark.
- Keyboard focus is visibly indicated everywhere, with a ring that meets the 3:1 minimum for non-text contrast.
- Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Every drag interaction has a keyboard equivalent.
- Animation is disabled entirely for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion, and no state is ever indicated by motion alone.
Known limitations
Automated checks find perhaps a third of real accessibility problems. We have not yet completed a manual audit with assistive technology users, and until we have, this statement describes what is verified rather than what is guaranteed.
If something blocks you
Tell us and we will fix it and give you another way to complete what you were doing in the meantime. Selling a home is time-sensitive and an accessibility barrier is not something you should have to wait out.
