Hire help for just the parts you want

A home sale isn’t one job. It’s photos, pricing, paperwork, showings, negotiation and a closing, usually bundled into one big percentage. Here every piece is its own job with its own flat price. Take one. Take ten. Your call.

Nobody is listed for these here. They are still part of selling a house; you would arrange them yourself for now, or check another area.

How the money works

  • The pro sets the price, and it is on the card before you say hello.
  • Never a percentage. A pricier house is not harder work, so it does not cost more.
  • Pay for the jobs you hire. No package to unlock them, no fee to browse.
  • Need the MLS? A licensed brokerage is one of the jobs, not a reason to hand over the whole sale.

What we charge is separate and on its own page. The full to-do list shows where each of these fits.

Hiring help: common questions

What people ask before they hand a piece of their sale to somebody.

How do I know the professionals are licensed?

Where a category needs a licence, somebody on our side has opened the issuing authority's own public register, read the record and typed in what it said. A matcher compares that against what the professional claimed and decides the outcome; there is no approve button anybody can press. A badge means that check passed for that state, and a licence verified in one state says nothing about work in another.

Can I hire just one thing, like photographs?

Yes. That is the whole design. Each service is a separate job at its own price, and there is no package you have to buy to reach any of them. Take one, take several, or do the rest yourself.

What happens after I ask somebody for a job?

Asking is an introduction, not a booking and not a payment. They see what you described and either accept it or do not. Nothing is charged until you and they have agreed what the work is, and you can see every step on the job's own page.

How does payment work?

You pay for a job through the platform once it is agreed, the professional does the work and marks it delivered, and you confirm it. Money for mortgage, title, escrow, appraisal, inspection and legal work does not route through us at all, by design, and those providers are paid directly.

Can I leave a review?

Only if you actually hired and paid for the job, which is what makes the reviews worth reading. The professional may reply once, publicly. Nobody, us included, can take a review down for being unfavourable.
