Disclosures
Brokerage relationships, service costs, and how we make money.

Not yet reviewed by counsel. This is placeholder wording. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and is not the agreement that will govern your use of the product. Final terms will be published before launch.
How we are paid
You pay us a flat fee for the package you choose and for any optional services you add.
For licensed real estate work done by an agent on diyre, the diyre brokerage, as the agent's broker of record, keeps 5% of the order and pays the agent the other 95%. That share is taken from the agent's side; it is never added to what you pay and is never a percentage of a sale price.
We do not accept a per-lead, per-referral or closing-contingent payment from mortgage lenders, title companies, escrow agents or attorneys for sending you to them. Where a professional appears in our marketplace, the basis on which they appear is stated next to them.
Brokerage relationship
Placing a listing on a multiple listing service requires a licensed brokerage. The brokerage, its licence number, and the nature of its relationship to you are set out in the listing agreement you sign before publication, not in this document, and not by implication.
diyre is the licensed broker of record for every agent who offers licensed services on the platform. Agents work as independent contractors under the diyre brokerage, and none works under another brokerage here.
Buyer agent compensation
Whether you offer anything to a buyer's agent is your decision, subject to your brokerage's policy and the rules of the MLS. We do not prefill a figure and we do not recommend one. The field is blank until you enter something.
Estimates are estimates
Our home value estimate is produced from comparable sales and is not an appraisal, a guarantee of value, or a promise about what any buyer will pay. The net-proceeds figures shown alongside offers use the assumptions listed with them; your closing agent gives you the real numbers.
