For agents, photographers, stagers, lenders and more

Get paid for the work. Not a slice of the sale.

A commission pays for the whole job whether the client used all of it or three hours of it. Here you sell the three hours, at your price, to buyers and sellers who already want them.

Built for the people who make a sale happen

Pick your trade. Each one has its own sign-up that asks only what that work needs, and starter services you can edit into your own.

How it works

Four steps from sign-up to your first booking. The second one is us: every account is checked by a person before anything of yours is shown to a customer.

  1. Step 1: Sign up

About two minutes. If your work needs a licence we ask for it, and photos of the card, there and then.

  2. Step 2: We review your account

A real person on our team reviews every account and checks any licence with the state register. We approve or decline it and email you either way.

  3. Step 3: Publish your services

Name the job, set your price, add a cover photo. Licensed agents complete their state’s onboarding first.

  4. Step 4: Get booked and paid

Customers order at the step in their sale where your work is useful. Talk in your inbox, do the job, get paid and rated.

Choose how much you’ll charge

Drag it to whatever you are worth. Nothing here is submitted and you do not have an account yet; this is the part of the decision you can make before giving anybody your email.

What do you do?

Tours, offers, pricing, paperwork. Paid for the work, not a slice of the sale.

$150
$25$1,000 and up, if that is your rate

What people in your line typically list these at:

of these a month
You keep, per job
$150
Which is, at that rate
$600 a month

That is your number multiplied by your number. We have not predicted anything: how much work you get depends on your trade, your area and your price, and anybody who puts a figure on that for you is guessing.

We currently take nothing from a job. If that changes, you will see the fee on the job before you accept it and itemised on the payout, and it will never come out of a tip.

Everything you need to run the work

Your account comes with the tools below from day one. None of them costs extra.

  • A profile customers can find

Your services, your photos, your areas and your ratings on one page, shown to buyers and sellers who need exactly that work.

  • Requests and messages

Every order arrives in your inbox with the property and the details. Reply, quote, accept or decline from one place.

  • Your availability

Set the days and hours you work and block out the rest, so customers only ask for times you can do.

  • Leads you can follow up

Everyone who asks about your work is kept in one list with where they are, so nobody falls through the cracks.

  • Payouts and earnings

See what each job paid and when. Licensed brokerage work is paid through the diyre brokerage, which every agent works under.

  • Ratings that are real

Only customers who hired you can rate you, and you can reply to every review in public.

Why pros like it better here

  • Nobody can buy their way above you

There is no paid placement, no promoted listing and no advertising tier. Where you appear depends on what a customer is doing and what people who hired you said afterwards.

  • One job at a time, or all of them

You are not signing up to represent anybody start to finish. Publish one service, take two jobs a month, and leave the rest.

  • The price on the card is the price

No bidding wars and no race to the bottom. A customer reads your number and decides.

  • Tips go to you in full

A customer can add a tip when they mark the work complete. We take nothing from it, and that is written into the fee policy, not just promised here.

What it costs

Free to join for most trades. Nothing taken from your jobs.

We currently take nothing from a job. If that changes, you will see the fee on the job before you accept it and itemised on the payout, and it will never come out of a tip.

  • Agents, stagers and most trades: free to join, with no monthly charge.
  • Photographers: $3.99 a month membership, cancel any time in one click.
  • No paid placement, so there is nothing to buy to rank higher.
  • Tips go to you in full, and tax is never part of any fee.
  • Mortgage, title, escrow and appraisal professionals: free to join, and we take nothing from your work, ever. Federal law (RESPA) forbids a cut, and we follow it.

Questions pros ask

Who approves my account, and how?

A real person on our team. We read your profile, and if your work is licensed we check the licence is active on the state register and matches the photos you sent. Then we approve or decline the account and email you either way.

Do I need a licence?

Only for work that legally needs one: agents, lenders, title and escrow, appraisers and similar. Photographers, stagers, cleaners and most trades need nothing beyond the account review.

I’m an agent. Which brokerage do I work under?

The diyre brokerage. Every agent here does licensed work as an independent contractor under our brokerage and its broker of record; there is no option to work under another one. Payment for licensed work goes through the brokerage, and every request shows what you would make before you accept it.

Who sets the price?

You do, on every service. There is no band to stay inside and no suggested price we push you towards. The starting prices on this page are suggestions you can change.

How do customers find me?

Your services are shown to buyers and sellers at the step in their sale where that work is useful, in the areas you say you work. Nobody can pay to appear above you.

Can I take only some jobs?

Yes. Publish one service or ten, set your availability, and accept or decline each request. This fits alongside whatever you already do.

Ready when you are

Sign up, add the services you offer, and you are live once we have reviewed your account and checked whatever licence your work needs. Most trades are free to join; photographers pay a small monthly membership.
