Your licence. Your prices. Your hours.
Sell your expertise one job at a time, not one house at a time. You write the service, you set the fee, you take the work you want, and because nobody can pay us for placement, nobody can outbid you for it either.
No fee to join, no subscription, and nothing is shown to anybody until you say so.

These are today’s figures, read from the platform when you loaded the page. It is a range across every trade, not a rate: a lockbox fitting and a title policy are both in it. We are not going to tell you what you will earn, because we do not set your prices and we cannot promise you volume.
The deal, in plain English
Each of these is built into the product rather than promised on a page. That is the difference between a policy and a preference.
You set the price
Every service you list carries the price you chose, in the currency the customer pays. We do not set it, suggest it, or take a percentage of it. Nothing here is ever billed as a share of somebody's sale price.
You choose the work
Requests arrive and you accept or decline them. Declining costs you nothing and affects nothing: there is no acceptance rate, no ranking penalty, and no algorithm deciding you are less available than somebody who says yes to everything.
Nobody can buy their way above you
There is no featured placement, no promoted listing and no advertising to buy, because we are not paid to rank and so we do not rank. Inside a category, services are ordered by how long ago they were published. For settlement services the order is alphabetical, which communicates nothing at all.
One job at a time, or all of them
List a single service or fifteen. Put yourself on the MLS entry and nothing else, or take showings, pricing, negotiation and the paperwork. A seller who wants one piece of your expertise can buy exactly that piece.
From sign-up to your first job
Step 1
Tell us who you are
Your name, your business, what you do and where you work. Ten minutes. No fee, and nothing is shown to anybody yet.
Step 2
We check your licence
A person looks your licence up on the issuing authority's own register and records what they saw, on what date, from what source. This is not automatic and it is not instant, and it is the reason a consumer believes the badge.
Step 3
Write your services
Each one is a title, what is included, what it costs and how long it takes. Package them as tiers if that fits how you sell. The words are yours; we do not rewrite them.
Step 4
Get paid through the platform
The customer pays diyre, we pay you. Payouts land in the account you connected, the platform's card-processing cost is carried by us rather than deducted from you, and every figure is reconcilable line by line.
Two things to know before you start
For licensed brokerage work, the diyre brokerage is paid
That is how the licence works, not a preference of ours. You work under the diyre brokerage, it is the payee for licensed work, and it pays you 95% of each order, keeping 5%; every request shows what you would make. Photography, staging, cleaning and the rest are not brokerage activity, and you are paid for those directly.
Verification is done by a person, and it takes as long as it takes
Somebody opens your state’s register, finds your record, and writes down what they saw and when. Nothing of yours is shown to a consumer until that is done. It is slower than a checkbox and it is the reason the badge on your profile is worth having.
You are an independent professional here, not an employee. Agents do their licensed work under the diyre brokerage, whose broker of record supervises it; everyone else works for themselves.
Start with one service
Not fifteen. Pick the thing you are best at, put a price on it, and see what happens. You can add the rest whenever you like, and you can take it all down just as easily.
What agents and brokers ask
Including the ones with awkward answers.
Which brokerage do I work under?
The diyre brokerage. Every agent on diyre does licensed work as an independent contractor under our brokerage and its broker of record, who approves your services, forms and payment route. There is no option to work under another brokerage here. Services that need no licence, such as photography or staging, need no brokerage at all.
Who actually receives the money for licensed work?
The diyre brokerage, not the individual agent. For anything that is brokerage activity under your state's licence law, compensation has to flow through the licensed entity, so the brokerage is paid and pays you 95% of the order, keeping 5%. Every request shows what you would make before you accept it. For work that is not brokerage activity, such as photography or staging, you are paid directly.
What does diyre charge me?
For licensed real estate work, the diyre brokerage keeps 5% of each order and pays you the other 95%, shown on every request before you accept it. It is never a percentage of the sale price. There is no monthly subscription for agents, no listing fee, no lead fees, and no charge for having a profile.
How many jobs will I get?
We do not know, and anybody who tells you a number is guessing. It depends on your category, where you work, and what you charge. We can tell you what is on the platform today, which is what the figures on this page are, and we would rather do that than invent a forecast.
Can I put my phone number on my profile?
No, and this one is deliberate. Enquiries and messages run through diyre so the job carries a record of what was agreed, what was delivered and when. That record is what protects you if a customer later disputes the work, so the rule cuts in your favour at least as often as it does theirs.
What happens if a customer is unhappy?
They can ask for changes before they sign the work off, with a written reason you can act on. That is free and it is not a change order, if what they are asking for goes beyond what you agreed, you raise a change order and they decide whether to pay for it. A review can only be left by somebody who actually hired you, it cannot be hidden for being unfavourable, and you get one public reply.
How long does verification take?
Long enough for a person to find your record and read it. We are not going to give you a number we might miss; you will see the status change on your dashboard, and you can build out your services while you wait.
