Do I need an agent to get on the MLS?
You need a licensed brokerage to submit it, and that is part of the service: a broker reviews your listing against MLS and state rules, then submits it.
What if I get stuck?
Hire help for just that part: a pricing opinion, a showing, an offer written properly, an attorney. The seller course covers the rest, and the assistant in the corner is always there.
Am I locked in?
No. There is no six-month listing agreement to sign to get started.
