Inspection punch list, quoted item by item
Priced per jobquoted after a walkthrough
This is a sample profile that shows how hiring works here. It is not a real business, so it cannot be ordered.
You tell Osei what you need and they confirm. Nothing is charged when you send it, and nothing is booked until they accept.
Available in Rochester, NY; Brighton, NY; Irondequoit, NY; Greece, NY; Pittsford, NY.
What this is
Send us the inspection report and we will price each item separately, so you can decide what is worth doing rather than being handed one number for the lot. Permitted work is identified as permitted work, with the fee shown as a fee rather than folded into the labour.
What you get
- A line-by-line quote against the report
- Permits identified and priced separately
- Photographs of each completed item

Pre-listing repairs done to code, with permits
A licensed general contractor. Most of our listing work is the short list an inspector or an appraiser flags: railings, GFCI outlets, a soft sill, a roof detail. We pull permits where the work needs one, which is the part that matters when a buyer's lender asks.
