What you are asking for
A licensed agent meets the buyer at the property, opens up, answers what can be answered and reports back. Useful if you work during the day, if you would rather not be there while strangers walk through, or if you are the buyer and want somebody licensed with you.
What you get
- Two hour minimum
- Written notes after each showing
- Identity of the visitor confirmed before entry
- Price
- $75 per hour
- Usual lead time
- About 2 days
The price is this professional’s, not ours. We do not set it, we do not take a share of it, and anything agreed is between the two of you.
