Your house goes on the local MLS under our brokerage, out to the portals from there, and every enquiry and offer comes to you with somebody licensed reading it alongside you. You keep the price, the showings and the decisions; we do the parts that need a licence and the parts nobody enjoys. What this is not: a percentage of your sale price. It does not get more expensive because your house is worth more, and there is no commission at closing.
