For buyers

Find a home

Every home here is listed by the person who owns it. You can message the owner directly and ask for a showing without an agent, or bring your own.

Buying from an owner, not an agent

The person on the other side is the homeowner. Nobody on that side is advising them on your offer, and nobody is advising you either. Bringing your own agent or an attorney is a reasonable thing to do, and offers from represented buyers are treated exactly the same.

If you are an agent, how showings and offers work here

While you are looking

The two things worth having in place before you find the house you want.

Everything here is optional. You can buy a home without hiring any of it.

Showings and tours

Somebody licensed to meet you at the property and show it.

Settlement services

Title, escrow, mortgage, appraisal, inspection, survey, attorney and notary work are settlement services. Federal law restricts what a company in our position may accept for sending you to one, so we take nothing, we do not rank them, and none is selected for you.
